Common Questions

How do you know if online therapy is right for you?

Online therapy can be a good fit if you prefer meeting from the comfort of your own space, have a busy schedule, or find it hard to visit an office. If you feel comfortable talking over video or phone, this option might work well for you.

What kinds of issues can you help with in therapy?

You can get help with a range of issues like anxiety, depression, and painful past experiences. You can also talk about stress, life changes, and finding better ways to cope with problems. Therapy is a safe place to work on what matters most to you.

How do you keep my information private during online sessions?

Your information stays private because we use secure, encrypted video platforms. We do not share your details with anyone, and everything you talk about is kept confidential. You can feel safe knowing your privacy is respected during online sessions.

How long does each therapy session usually last?

Most therapy sessions last about 50 minutes. This gives you enough time to talk about what’s on your mind, work through challenges, and set goals for next time. Some group sessions and workshops might be a little longer, depending on the topic.

How often should I attend therapy sessions?

You can have therapy sessions as often as you need. Some people like to meet once a week, while others may choose every other week. The frequency depends on your needs and what feels right for you.

What are Hopeful Healing Workshops?

Our Hopeful Healing Workshops are welcoming, educational spaces designed to support you through the challenges of anxiety, depression, and difficult past experiences. These interactive workshops offer valuable resources for your personal growth, but they are strictly for educational purposes only. The content is not designed to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition and is not a replacement for psychotherapy, counseling, or medication management provided by a licensed professional.
